Delapaix's striking vocals float effortlessly over an array of delicately played instruments, including piano, accordion, clarinet, guitar, viola and violin. These four women have together been impressing audiences in cafes, pubs and outdoor venues around Melbourne since 2000, but are extending their horizons to tour in places including USA and Canada later in 2001.
In the interim, the band's debut CD, Reins, is being released so the sweet, alluring sounds of Emaline Delapaix Band can live with you at home.
