'Kind of like Heart meets Bonnie Rait meets Billy Idol....For the second song Muir, an awesome vocalist and womanrock persona in her own right, switched from keyboards to guitar. Again, what Caravan was playing sounded like rock, but cool, contemporary rock, if that makes any sense. Rock bands in alt/rock clubs can often fall flat and at their worst even be irritating if they're really bad. But Caravan stands well apart from such groups and is not only good enough to be play these clubs, they are a welcome addition to any lineup.
