Crown Vics

You've probably heard this all before: a little crunch, a little twang, some two-part, three-part and four-part harmonies. Verse/Verse/Chorus/Bridge. You'd call it powerpop if it wasn't so rootsy, folk rock if it didn't reference Cream and Urge Overkill in the same song, or minneapolis garage if twenty years hadn't passed since minneapolis garage was something rock critics talked about. It's rock music of the late twentieth century variety, for the most part. It's performed live on a monthly-or-better basis with no lack of aplomb, work ethic, pathos, elbow grease or chutzpah. We care, kiddos, and you should too.
