Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Mankato State University. She has performed locally in professional chamber choir Exultate, the Zephyr Cabaret (Minnesota Zephyr, Stillwater), the 10 year Anniversary of the Mall of America (as Marilyn Monroe). She has also performed with Broadway artists Stephanie Zimbalist, Billy Johnstone, Eugene Fleming, Chrissy Whitehead, Kerry Casserly and Peggy O'Connel at The Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts.

Nicole teaches private voice lessons and music workshops at places such as the Youngquist Performing Arts Company, the Lewis & Clark Theatre Company, Evans Music and StageCoach Theatre Arts.
