Tim grew up listening to artists like Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, and John Mellencamp, but after the Garth Brooks country music explosion of the early 90’s, Tim would find himself being fully immersed into the history of country music. It was the influence of artists like George Strait, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, Toby Keith, plus many other country acts that would eventually inspire Tim to pursue a career in country music.
Unlike Nashville or Texas, Minnesota has never produced a country singer of its own. There have been acts like Dave Dudley, responsible for hit songs like 'Six Days On The Road', but there’s never been a full-blown Minnesota native with the microphone and guitar in hand. Born and raised in Minnesota, Tim Sigler is going to change all that. So in the words of Waylon Jennings and Neil Young, 'ARE YOU READY FOR THE COUNTRY?'
