. I’m not a big master of explaining what I do, but if I try my best, inasmuch I can tell you it will be that:
Guitar itself, in any style or kind of music, either it was presented as specific innovative technique, theory, complexity or pure unforgettable beauty, is a path that I have been holding onto for thirty years now.
I’m very fortunate being a part of multiple projects, recordings, performances and studies in various styles with wonderful musicians. A lot of it is a great inspiration to me.
For the last ten to fifteen years, the obsession with acoustic guitar and the search for the languages, which will open the sound of my own music, kept me looking for more different influence in Classical, Jazz and World music. It left its imprints in a shape of harmony, or as significant elements and philosophy of other instruments, like harp, banjo, dobro, sitar, mandolin, fiddle, piano, bass or string quartet.
I feel that I finally have established a strong two-way relationship with this instrument. All new ideas have come to a recognizable shape, clear enough for me to write it down on paper and eventually record it.
Today I present you with my latest creations. In my performance, I welcome any appreciators of the guitar, and everybody who finds aesthetic pleasure in listening to Music.
