redshift came together in the hope of bringing to the Minneapolis scene a breath of fresh air. Their mix of hard edged rock and synth driven textures gives them an edge that no other band really has.
The group consists of 6 basic elements that bring forth the sound: Chris on vocals, Mike on drums and backing vocals, Steve on Guitars, Adin on bass, Vito on Guitars, and Matt programs and Keyboards. Together, this band represents a new breed of music that Minneapolis has been in need of for a long time.
Now, with the dawn of 2005 on the horizon, redshift, is currently preparing to release Tabula Rasa, the bands first full length studio album. Along with a brand new website, the band is also adding a visual show to their live show, as well as a music video for nomad, and a special DVD release.
