MKA will be releasing his debut release, THE REMAINS OF MARGOT, in August of 2004. The record has been in the making for over four years and marks the end of a long and arduous journey. Since its inception, the songs have taken on various forms and recorded several times in different studios. The album draws on gothic, jazz, ambient, and traditional influences to create a multi-textured yet cohesive collection. A special evening in recognition of the record’s release will be planned at the Acadia Theater in Minneapolis on August 27 of this year.
