Minneapolis is full of outstanding poets, performers, and visual artists who speak through art as activism. The S.A.F.E. series at Acadia Cafe will shed light on issues of community, collaboration, networking and creativity. Artists from varying mediums will come together to support and gain inspiration from this bi-monthly
series. The purpose of S.A.F.E. is to build community, create a venue for emerging and established artists to perform and see other artists (established and emerging) work, to compensate artists for their efforts and to encourage them to continue being active in the community.

Tickets will be only $3 for students and open mic participants (limited space available) and $5 for non-students
