What is Death to Our Enemies?
A three-piece rock n' roll band from Minneapolis. A fictional scooter gang from North Dakota. A rousing cheer, hollered joyfully from a smoky bar, a s***ty car, a house party that's about to get busted: wherever fine booze is served. Death to Our Enemies is the tune you'll be whistling tomorrow, the friend you haven't met yet, the good times, great oldies sound you never knew you loved.
What isn't Death to Our Enemies?
A metal band. But, like any band worth its salt, we do occasionally play Slayer, specifically 'Raining Blood', and we were devastated by the loss of Dime Bag (r.i.p.).
Death to Our Enemies is:
Matt Coffee – Guitar & Vocals
Ken Tyborski – Bass Guitar
Chuck Terhark – Drums
What else do I need to know?
Matt and Chuck are proudly from Fargo, where they grew up listening to killer Fargo bands like godheadSilo and Hammerhead; Ken is from Milwaukee, and he grew up listening to ska, a habit which Matt and Chuck quickly beat out of him. They've all been friends for basically forever. They've been playing rock n' roll together for three years, give or take.
Death to Our Enemies has one record, a 7-inch (because we long for the days when releasing a 7-inch was what a band was supposed to do). It features two jaw-dropping tracks and some totally boss artwork. Pick it up wherever vinyl is sold.
They also have a Web site: deathtoourenemies.com. Email them. They want to play your birthday party.
